I've loved the elements Channel app for quite some time on both my telephone and my Kindle Fire. It has already established some presssing problems however they have appeared to fix those problems after they are known. The most recent issue was with you not having the ability to find the latest info, will be old and there is no refresh button. The app includes a refresh button, and appears to have the latest information when I open up it always.However, I bought a Kindle Fire HD lately. The initial app that I installed was the elements Channel app. Following a couple of days, I begun to observe that my Fire HD acquired no battery pack life.I charged it fully. Went to mattress and go through for a bit just. Ensured the wifi was switched off. Each morning when I woke, I only experienced 36% of battery left. Asleep forever also it was.So after using it for many days, turning this and that off, uninstaIling different apps, I've arrived at find out that it's the elements Channel app that's sucking the battery life from the Fire. I've uninstalled it and long gone will be the battery issues at this point. I can go to sleep at night also it loses for the most part 2-3% of it's battery life instantly.And I could now think that the Fire has an 11 hr battery life. Earlier, I was obtaining, for the most part, 4 hours usage.The app was presented with by me 3 stars since it Is really a super excellent app. And I'm hoping that the deveIopers will soon consider the issue of why it really is using so much battery.I'd like an app simply, that whenever I select it, I could find out the elements forecast for my house and some selected metropolitan areas. I don't want to buy to keep working when I'm not deploying it.
Original edition of app has been a daily head to for quick mention of local & globally weather details. New updated edition is NOT USER-FRIENDLY! Deleting updated edition without hesitation.
The final version was superb. This new edition gets the apperance similar to a silly child's game.Please provide the older app back! I wont be by using this new version, sorry.I'm in contract with the final several disappointed evaluations.This is simply not better.

This redesign is really a sad, garbled, worthless mess (by July 9, 2013, Ver. 4.1.2x adad45d). We've utilized the elements Channel app (Google android edition for the Kindle Fire HD) since past due 2012 and discovered the sooner version instantly intuitive and practical, the at-a-glance multi-day view specifically. But this pointless update drove a 5 star to a 1 star literally overnight. The brand new interface is really a non-intuitive mess that appears like something an initial time app developer slapped collectively. We've switched to Weather conditions Bug for the present time. If the elements Channel doesn't change back to a far more intuitive, practical app style we 'll end up being deleting permanently. We don't object to the ¨¢ds or the points - we understand the reaIities of monetization free of charge apps. But this poor design only will drive aside your potential visitors incredibly.And I'm not discussing tweaking it to create it better. I visited check my environment only to uncover the app have been destroyed. Not user-friendly at all. Childish icons, in that person graphics. Will undoubtedly be deleting.
