This product can be referred to as "Wood Wool" or "American Moss". Natural and organic & 100% biodegradable premium quality wood excelsior is manufactured in america. Created from non-allergenic and non-toxic Aspen wood fibers, excelsior can be an age-old preferred for developing a custom suit when packing oddly-shaped, delicate stuff like serving pieces, sculpture and figurines. It makes an excellent filler for gift baskets also, creative packaging present and containers boxes. I take advantage of it for my jewelry business personally, the boxes look gorgeous nestled in ¨¢ bed of excelsior shreds. Not forgetting, it works one thousand times much better than the usual bubble wrap! The only real disadvantage this brand name has, may be the thickness of the fibers. It is very challenging to cut this means deploying it as padding will undoubtedly be frustrating (you need to cut every individual shred to produce a basket).
